Advanced Queue Ticketing Kiosk dispenses tickets to customers taking into account the individual requirements of those customers to make queue management easier. This machine comes in various models and can be customized to suit the indoor ambience of the outlets.

Advanced Queue Ticketing Kiosk has a Status Display Unit (SDU) whereby it provides information regarding the customer's queue status. It gives an all-round view of queue status. It also provides information on the counter number and ticket number being served.

Advanced Queue uses a Soft Call Pad to provide information regarding the queue number and waiting. This software can be installed on any computer and enables the employee to have total control of the customers he or she handles.

The Advanced Queue Server comprises of the controller and the hub. The controller is the central processor and has a whole array of functionalities that meet even the most demanding situations. It is a single window for all queue management activities. It comprises of a hub, amplifier, data storage and LAN connectivity. The hub connects all devices to the controller.
